In addition to our website, we run a full service retail store on Naples Island in Long Beach, California.

We stock over 1500 different kitchen cookware items from bakeware to cooking utensils as well as pot racks and chef utensils and a wide variety of kitchen tools and gadgets in our store. We pull from the store stock to fill online orders, so when an item says it is in stock, it really is, and will ship the next business day in most cases. Some of the larger items are available on a special order basis and are identified as such. Those items will ship directly from the manufacturer. Some items make take 4 to 6 weeks, such as butcher block islands, which are not made until they are ordered, others will ship within a few days. We will keep you posted on the status of your special orders as they are processed and filled.
